目的建立可调激光-光纤传感技术快速测定维生素B_2和盐酸小檗碱片含量的方法。方法采用可调激光光源(激发波长分别为520 nm和620 nm)光纤传感技术分别快速检测药品中盐酸小檗碱和维生素B_2的含量。结果盐酸小檗碱片剂在85~120 mg、国内市场上卖的维生素B_2片在1~20 mg、国外的维生素B_2片在85~120 mg范围内有较强的特征波峰,含量与光的强度之间呈良好的线性关系并呈负相关,盐酸小檗碱回收率为98.7%~101.5%,国内维生素B_2回收率为98.88%~101.52%,国外维生素B_2回收率为98.5%~101.3%,相关系数R_(小檗碱)=0.999 9、R_(维生素B_2)=0.999 7(国内),R_(维生素B_2)=0.999 8(国外),不同厂家生产的盐酸小檗碱含量分别为89.53、102.45、108.59 mg,国内不同厂家生产的维生素B_2含量分别为3.98、10.15 mg,国外不同厂家生产的维生素B_2含量分别为102.71、98.96 mg。结论本方法快速、灵敏、稳定,可用于盐酸小檗碱及维生素B_2含量的测定。
Objective To establish a method of rapid determination of vitamin B 2 and berberine hydrochloride tablets with adjustable laser - fiber optic sensing technology. Methods The content of berberine hydrochloride and vitamin B 2 in pharmaceuticals were detected by optical fiber sensor with tunable laser source (excitation wavelength of 520 nm and 620 nm, respectively). Results berberine hydrochloride tablets in the 85 ~ 120 mg, the domestic market for vitamin B_2 tablets in the 1 ~ 20 mg, foreign vitamin B_2 tablets in the 85 ~ 120 mg range has a strong characteristic peak, content and light There was a good linear relationship between the intensity and the negative correlation. The contents of vitamin B 2 produced by different domestic manufacturers were 3.98 and 10.15 mg, respectively. The contents of vitamin B 2 produced by different foreign manufacturers were 102.71 and 98.96 mg respectively. Conclusion The method is rapid, sensitive and stable and can be used for the determination of berberine hydrochloride and vitamin B 2.
