热休克蛋白是一种在正常细胞中普遍表达的蛋白质,可在机体应激的情况下表达增加,通过分子伴侣作用对其他蛋白质的折叠、降解起重要作用。同时,还具有抗氧化、抗细胞凋亡及协同免疫的作用。高温、缺血缺氧预适应均能诱导机体HSP表达增加,产生心脏保护作用。
Heat shock protein is a kind of protein that is commonly expressed in normal cells. It can be expressed in the body under stress and plays an important role in the folding and degradation of other proteins through molecular chaperone. At the same time, it also has anti-oxidation, anti-apoptosis and synergistic immunity. Hypothermia, hypoxic preconditioning can induce the increase of HSP expression in the body, resulting in cardioprotection.
