本文根据人居环境学和建筑学发展的观点 ,分析了瑶琳居建筑群在建筑选址、总体规划设计、居住环境、开发效益所面临的诸多矛盾和问题 ,并寻找出瑶琳居建筑群失落的原因所在。新世纪初 ,及时总结经验 ,在失落中吸取教训 ,以更博大的胸怀去迎接挑战 ,是我们这一代开发商和建筑师义不容辞的责任。
Based on the viewpoint of Habitat Environment and Architecture, this paper analyzes many contradictions and problems faced by Yao-Lin Habitat Complex in site selection, master plan design, living environment and development benefit, The reason for the loss. At the beginning of the new century, it is incumbent on our generation of developers and architects to summarize our experience in time, learn lessons from the loss, and embrace the broader ambitions to meet the challenge.
