目的了解镀铬操作工的健康状况,为职业病防治工作提供参考依据。方法对张家港市某大型电镀企业的4个电镀车间进行现场检测、镀铬操作工的问卷调查并对健康监护等资料进行分析。结果所有样品的现场检测结果均符合GBZ 2.1-2007的要求,仅第4车间有4个样品的检测值超出相应检测方法的最低检出浓度;镀铬操作工与对照组相比较,工人的鼻部不适感与鼻科检查结果的分布存在统计学差异(P<0.05);4个电镀车间的操作工的鼻部不适感与鼻科检查结果的分布差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论该企业铬现场检测结果与镀铬操作工的自觉症状及健康检查结果不相符,有必要对铬现有的采样检测方法及国家职业接触限值进行进一步的探讨。
Objective To understand the health status of chrome-plated operators and provide references for the prevention and control of occupational diseases. Methods Four electroplating workshops of a large electroplating enterprise in Zhangjiagang City were surveyed on site, the questionnaire survey of chrome plating operators and data of health monitoring were conducted. Results The field test results of all the samples were in accordance with the requirements of GBZ 2.1-2007. Only the fourth workshop had the detection value of the four samples exceeding the minimum detectable concentration of the corresponding test method. Compared with the control group, the chrome workers’ nose There was a statistically significant difference in the discomfort and nasal examination results (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in nose discomfort and nasal examination results among the four electroplating workshops (P> 0.05). Conclusion The results of on-site testing of chromium in this enterprise are inconsistent with those of chrome-plated operators. It is necessary to further explore the existing sampling methods and national occupational exposure limits.
