教学反思是一种有益的思维活动,是教师专业发展和自我成长的快捷之径。教师反思应有一定的时效性,学生的评价具有一定的时效性,在有效课堂这种新的模式下,专家的指导意见尤显重要。
Teaching reflection is a useful thinking activity, which is the shortcut of teacher’s professional development and self-growth. Teachers ’reflections should be time-sensitive and students’ evaluations have a certain degree of timeliness. Under the new model of effective classroom teaching, the guidance from experts is especially important.
