本文阐述了定向凝固参数对8090Al-Li合金固液界面形态和溶质偏析行为的影响。结果表明:当下拉速度R<0.13mm/min(温度梯度G_L=130℃/cm)时,可得到平面凝固组织,当R>0.75mm/min(G_L=130℃/cm)时,可获得枝晶组织,且R越大,枝晶越细小。胞晶组织存在范围很窄,元素Cu偏析较严重,杂质元素Fe,Si也有很大偏析,界面形态对溶质偏析行为有显著影响。以粗枝晶凝固时,偏析比较大,凝固组织粗大。
This paper describes the effect of directional solidification parameters on the morphology and solute segregation behavior of solid-liquid interface in 8090Al-Li alloy. The results show that the plane solidified structure can be obtained when the pull-down speed R <0.13mm / min (temperature gradient G_L = 130 ℃ / cm). When R> 0.75mm / min Crystal structure, and the larger the R, the smaller the dendrite. The range of the cell structure is very narrow, the segregation of element Cu is more serious, the segregation of Fe and Si are also great, and the interface morphology has a significant influence on the segregation behavior of solutes.
