磁敏感加权成像对脑梗死临床应用的研究进展

脑梗死是目前严重危害老年人健康的疾病之一,早期诊断、及时有效的治疗对其预后有着重要的意义。磁敏感加权成像(SWI)可以清晰地显示脑静脉血管及病灶内的出血灶,特别是对微出血的检出具有明显的优势,能为脑梗死的诊断提出更多有价值的信息。现对SWI在反映脑梗死演变过程、显示脑血凝块、检测脑梗死后出血及评价梗死周围组织活性方面的临床应用进行文献回顾,同时提出SWI技术在脑梗死应用中的优势与不足。 Cerebral infarction is one of the diseases that seriously endanger the health of the elderly at present. Early diagnosis and timely and effective treatment have important significance on its prognosis. Magnetic resonance weighted imaging (SWI) can clearly show the cerebral venous blood vessels and lesion within the hemorrhage, especially for the detection of microbleeds has obvious advantages, can provide more valuable information for the diagnosis of cerebral infarction. SWI is a literature review of the clinical application of SWI in reflecting the evolution of cerebral infarction, showing cerebral blood clots, detecting hemorrhage after cerebral infarction, and evaluating tissue activity around the infarct. We also present the advantages and disadvantages of SWI in the application of cerebral infarction.
