In this study, rabbit models of acute myocardial ischemia and reperfusion were used. The changes of granulocytes in the pulmonary microvessels during acute myocardial ischemia and reperfusion were investigated by light microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The experimental sham operation control group (3 cases), the coronary artery blocked 24 hours of ischemia
