目的:研究中药复方克瘤丸对鸡胚尿囊膜(CAM)新生血管的抑制作用,进一步探讨克瘤丸抑瘤抗转移的机理。方法:以CAM为模型,观察克瘤丸3种不同提取法的提取物对CAM血管生长的抑制作用。结果:克瘤丸“组合提取法”取得的提取物对CAM血管生长的抑制最强,在5~10mg/mL浓度时对CAM血管形成具有显著的抑制作用(P<0.01),并与浓度呈正相关。结论:克瘤丸具有显著抑制鸡胚尿囊膜血管生成的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the inhibitory effect of Fufang Keliu Pills on chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) neovascularization and further explore the mechanism of Tumor Pellet antitumor-resistance. METHODS: Using CAM as a model, the inhibitory effects of extracts from 3 different extraction methods on the angiogenesis of CAM were observed. RESULTS: The extracts obtained from Keman Pills“combined extraction method” had the strongest inhibitory effect on the growth of CAM blood vessels, and had a significant inhibitory effect on CAM blood vessel formation at the concentration of 5~10 mg/mL (P<0.01). The concentration is positively correlated. Conclusion: Keyan Pill has a significant inhibitory effect on the angiogenesis of chicken chorioallantoic membrane.
