基因工程制药是通过DNA重组技术进行无性繁殖和基因表达,从而获得所需核酸或蛋白质的一种手段,产品主要有干扰素、白介素、胰岛素药等。基因工程药物广泛应用于癌症、免疫性疾病、抗病毒、心血管疾病等。目前采用基因工程药物治疗白血病逐渐成为热点。研究表明白血病在获得缓解后用基因工程药物治疗即可提高疗效,又可减轻化疗药物的毒副反应,并可望达到治愈白血病的目的。本文从基因工程药物的发展史,分类以及重组人干扰素、重组人白介素和重组人血小板生成素三大类基因工程药物对治疗白血病的研究进展做一综述。
Genetically engineered pharmaceuticals are a means of obtaining the desired nucleic acid or protein by asexual reproduction and gene expression by recombinant DNA technology. The products are mainly interferons, interleukins, insulin drugs and the like. Genetic engineering drugs are widely used in cancer, immune diseases, antivirals, cardiovascular diseases. Currently using genetically engineered drugs for the treatment of leukemia has gradually become a hot spot. Studies have shown that leukemia remission after treatment with genetically engineered drugs can improve the curative effect, but also reduce the toxic side effects of chemotherapy drugs, and is expected to achieve the purpose of cure leukemia. This review summarizes the research progress in the treatment of leukemia from the history and classification of genetically engineered drugs and the genetic engineering drugs such as recombinant human interferon, recombinant human interleukin and recombinant human thrombopoietin.
