通过对207名盲校教师的调查发现:(1)盲校教师的学历合格,但入职前明显缺少特殊教育和相关学科的训练;(2)教师的学历提升和实践的结合不够紧密;(3)关于盲生认知和盲教育特点的前沿知识掌握少;(4)教师的学科素养不理想。建议:加强盲校教育学科知识技能培训;将学历提升与专业素养提高相结合。
Through the investigation of 207 blind school teachers, it is found that: (1) Blind school teachers are qualified, but there is a clear lack of training in special education and related subjects before entering the workforce; (2) the combination of teachers’ academic qualification and practice is not close enough; (3) ) Less advanced knowledge about the characteristics of blind students and blind education; (4) Discipline literacy of teachers is not ideal. Recommendations: To enhance knowledge and skills training in education at blind schools; to combine academic advancement and professional attainment improvement.
