2013年下半年开始,党中央在全党开展了以解决形式主义、官僚主义、享乐主义和奢靡之风“四风”为重点的群众路线教育实践活动,对于解决党风、政风、行风以及密切同人民群众的血肉联系起到了极其重要的作用。医院作为密切联系群众的重要窗口,必须更好的开展党的群众路线教育实践活动,特别是要按照党的群众路线教育实践活动的要求抓好思想政治工作。本文首先对我国医院思想政治工作存在的突出问题进行了分析,然后对群众路线与医院思想政治工作的关系进行全面、深入、系统分析,最后就如何以群众路线为基础推动医院思想政治工作上新台阶提出粗浅想法,希望对医院思想政治工作有所参考和借鉴。
