目的：探讨腹腔镜辅助胃底贲门癌根治术的临床应用效果及其安全性。方法：选取某院外科收治的74例胃底贲门癌患者,按随机法分为对照组和观察组,各37例,对照组给予传统开腹全胃切术治疗,观察组给予腹腔镜辅助全胃切术治疗,比较2组患者围手术期指标、淋巴结清扫情况、不良事件发生率及病死率。结果：2组患者手术时间、淋巴结清扫情况及病死率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组术中出血量、住院时间、肛门排气时间及不良事件发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：腹腔镜辅助根治胃底贲门癌对患者身体创
