根据《中共中央、国务院关于<中共湖北省委机构改革方案>和<湖北省人民政府机构改革方案>的通知》(中委[2000]27号),设置湖北省地方税务局(以下简称省地税局)。省地税局是主管全省地方税收工作的省政府直属机构,对全省地方税务机构进行垂直管理。一、主要职能(一)贯彻执行国家有关税收法律、法规,并根据有关规定,制定具体实施细则和征管办法。
