目的了解广西壮族自治区医疗机构医务人员职业伤害现状及其影响因素,为有关部门完善医务人员职业伤害防护机制提供科学的对策建议。方法采用分层随机抽样方法抽取广西壮族自治区医疗机构2 760名医务人员作为样本,采用问卷调查方法对医务人员进行调查。结果医务人员面临的主要工作相关性损伤为针刺伤(60.58%)、碰撞伤(33.30%),主要工作相关性疾病为腰颈椎病(47.28%)、神经衰弱(40.43%)。多因素分析显示,医务人员发生针刺伤的主要危险因素为物理性暴露、心理性暴露、人身伤害,OR值分别为1.993、1.840和1.800。结论广西壮族自治区医务人员职业伤害现状不容乐观,建议相关部门应高度重视医务人员职业伤害现状,健全医务人员职业伤害防护机制。
Objective To understand the occupational injury status of medical staff in medical institutions of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and its influencing factors so as to provide scientific suggestions for the relevant departments to improve occupational injury prevention mechanism of medical staff. Methods A stratified random sampling method was used to select 2 760 medical workers in medical institutions of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as samples, and the medical staffs were surveyed by questionnaire. Results The main work-related injuries that medical workers faced were acupuncture injury (60.58%) and collision injury (33.30%). The main work-related diseases were lumbar spondylosis (47.28%) and neurasthenia (40.43%). Multivariate analysis showed that the main risk factors of acupuncture for medical staff were physical exposure, psychological exposure and personal injury, with OR values of 1.993, 1.840 and 1.800 respectively. Conclusions The current situation of occupational injuries among medical staffs in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is not optimistic. It is suggested that the relevant departments should attach great importance to the occupational injury status of medical staffs and improve the occupational injury prevention mechanism for medical staffs.
