全长波及5000米,损失7.5亿元2013年1 1月22日凌晨2时40分,位于青岛黄岛区秦皇岛路与斋堂岛路交汇处,中石化输油储运公司潍坊分公司输油管线破裂,处置过程中,上午10点25分发生爆燃。爆炸造成秦皇岛路桥涵以北至入海口、以南沿斋堂岛街至刘公岛路排水暗渠的预制混凝土盖板大部分被炸开,与刘公岛路排水暗渠西南端相连接的长兴岛街、唐岛路、舟山岛街排水踣渠的现浇混凝土盖板拱起、开裂和局部炸开,全长波及5000余米。
