目的通过对铁路系统索证索票制度的实施,规范管内食品从业单位的食品进货渠道,把好食品质量关,确保食品质量安全,维护消费者的合法权益,保证人民身体健康起到了积极的作用。方法对管辖区域的餐饮及食品经营业户进行监督检查。结果在监督检查过程中发现了索证索票存在的一些问题和人们对此项工作的不理解不支持,在实际工作中,我们总结了部分经验包括加强宣传、部门协调和加大执法力度等。结论只有建立健全食品安全监管网络体系,强化责任;查堵源头,规范管理;加强宣传,培树氛围;依法监管,注重协调,才能做好铁路系统的索证索票工作。

Conclusion Only by establishing and perfecting the network system of food safety supervision and strengthening the responsibility can we do a good job of checking and sourceing the source, standardizing management, strengthening propaganda and cultivating the atmosphere of the tree, supervising according to law and paying attention to coordination.
