城市环境与景观规划设计研究所(简称“环境所”),是我院承接各类型城乡规划设计项目的综合规划业务所之一,业务范围涵盖城镇体系规划、城市总体规划、详细规划、规划咨询、战略规划、城市设计等类型。近年来环境所承接了浙江、海南省域规划,和成都、海口、广州、兰州、鞍山城市总体规划等一批有影响的规划项目,先后有10余个项目获得了全国、省部级优秀规划设计奖。此外,还承担了总规编制办法研究、四区划定等课题的研究工作,以及抗震救灾等社会公益活动。目前,环境所重点探索“策划—规 The Institute of Urban Environment and Landscape Planning and Design (referred to as the ”Environment Institute“) is one of the integrated planning offices undertaking various types of urban and rural planning and design projects in our college.
