自本刊设“伪劣产品投诉”专栏后,在两年左右的时间里,处理了大量的质量投诉信件,促进了工厂和经销单位改进产品(商品)质量。为了进一步发动广大用户督促厂商提高质量,本刊拟从9月起实行有将投诉伪劣产品。凡读者来信,一经事实落实,并视情节,均颁发100~500元奖金,以资鼓励。投诉伪劣产品的诸点要求:
