为分析电缆供电方式对矿用电子设备工作安全性的影响,建立有屏蔽层电缆的耦合模型,运用电路理论分析影响钢带铠装电缆屏蔽效果的各种因素。结果表明:带有屏蔽层的电缆其屏蔽系数与导线以及屏蔽层之间的相对位置有关;铠装电缆缆皮的接地情况会影响其屏蔽系数,良好的接地有助于降低屏蔽系数;矿用钢带铠装电缆的屏蔽效果与频率密切相关,频率越高,屏蔽系数越小,屏蔽效果越好。
In order to analyze the influence of cable power supply on the working safety of mining electronic equipment, a coupling model of shield cable is established. The circuit theory is used to analyze various factors that affect the shielding effectiveness of steel cable armored cable. The results show that the shielding coefficient of the cable with shielding layer is related to the relative position between the conductor and the shielding layer. The grounding condition of the armored cable jacket will affect its shielding coefficient. A good grounding helps to reduce the shielding coefficient. The shielding effectiveness of the steel tape armored cable is closely related to the frequency. The higher the frequency, the smaller the shielding coefficient and the better the shielding effect.
