双语教学和团队建设作为高等院校质量工程建设的重要内容,是实现我国高校教学及科研与国际接轨的重要内容之一。本文结合《食品科学技术导论》双语教学的教学实践,分析了团队建设在双语教学中的作用,总结了双语教学实施过程中就如何保障团队建设条件、提高团队建设水平的一些尝试。
