According to historical materials collected by the Memorial Hall of the New Fourth Army in Yancheng, Jiangsu, from June 27 to July 7, 1927, the Japanese cabinet held an oriental conference to discuss China policy. During the 11-day meeting, Emperor Hirohito twice inquired about it.
