从知识的视角介绍高技术产业集群创新过程中知识资源整合的知识基础,在融入高技术产业集群自主创新动态特点基础上对包括知识的获取与创造、知识的转移与扩散、知识的共享与管理、知识的整合与评估在内的知识资源整合的四阶段构成要素以及构成要素的运行方式进行详细阐述。最后指出:高技术产业集群自主创新的知识资源整合过程以及阶段性有效运行是高技术产业集群获取持续竞争优势的动力和工具。
From the perspective of knowledge, this paper introduces the knowledge base of knowledge resource integration in the process of high-tech industry cluster innovation. Based on the dynamic characteristics of high-tech industry cluster innovation, including the acquisition and creation of knowledge, the transfer and diffusion of knowledge, the sharing and management of knowledge , Knowledge integration and assessment, including the four components of the integration of knowledge resources and the constituent elements of the operation mode are described in detail. Finally, it points out that the process of knowledge resources integration and the phased and efficient operation of independent innovation of hi-tech industrial clusters are the driving force and tool for high-tech industrial clusters to gain sustainable competitive advantage.
