采用透射电镜(TEM)对时效处理热连轧GH4169合金的组织形貌进行观察,并采用X射线衍射物相分析(XRD),运用Origin PFM软件和公式进行晶格常数测定,研究时效处理对GH4169变形高温合金组织结构与晶格常数的影响。结果表明,热连轧GH4169合金的组织主要由γ基体、γ’和γ″相组成,3相的体积分数分别为50%,45%和5%;经直接时效和长期时效处理后,合金中的γ基体的体积分数基本保持不变,γ’相的体积分数逐渐减小到26%和19%,而γ″相的体积分数逐渐增加到24%和31%,且γ’和γ″相分别以粒状和枣核状的形式镶嵌在γ基体中。X射线衍射分析表明,热连轧GH4169合金中γ,γ’和γ″相具有较大晶格常数,经直接和长期时效后,各相的晶格常数略有减小,HCR合金经直接时效和长期时效后,合金中γ和γ’相的晶格错配度分别由0.2910%增大至0.3827%和0.3639%,同时,γ″相与γ相的晶格错配度分别由0.1082%增大到0.1583%和0.1501%。
The microstructure of GH4169 alloy was observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
