目的:为了探讨8周的有氧塑形运动运动对女大学生的肺通气功能产生的影响。方法:随机抽取26名在校女大学生,分为两组,进行8周的有氧塑形运动,并用意大利COSMED公司生产的便携式肺功能仪(pony FX)测试训练期间女大学生的肺活量(vital capacity,VC)、用力呼气量(force vital capacity,FVC)、1秒末用力呼气量(forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV1)、1秒末用力呼气量百分数(percentage of forced expiratory volume in first second to forced vital capacity,FEV1%)以及每分最大通气量(every maximal ventilatory volume,MVV),并分析实验前后的数据的。结果:FVC、FEV1、FEV1%、MVV有显著性提高。结论:有氧塑形运动可改善人体肺通气功能,为大学生塑形健身提供理论和实践依据。
Objective: To investigate the effect of 8-week aerobic exercise on pulmonary ventilation in female college students. Methods: Twenty-six female college students were randomly divided into two groups. The aerobic exercise was performed for 8 weeks and the vital capacity (aerobic capacity) of the female undergraduates during the training period was measured by the portable pulmonary functionometer (pony FX) manufactured by COSMED of Italy. , VC), forced vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1), percentage of forced expiratory volume in first second to forced vital capacity (FEV1%) and maximal ventilatory volume (MVV), and analyzed the data before and after the experiment.
