以‘09-22’番茄无菌苗子叶和下胚轴为外植体,研究了其在MS附加不同浓度6-BA和NAA/IAA的培养基上的诱导分化及不定芽生根情况。结果表明:IAA比NAA更利于该品种子叶的再生;在不同激素组合下,番茄子叶和下胚轴愈伤组织诱导率均达100%,但子叶的愈伤组织生长状态好于下胚轴,不定芽分化率也略高于下胚轴,然而,下胚轴来源芽的生根较快,且生根效果好于子叶来源芽。该研究筛选出‘09-22’番茄子叶和下胚轴不定芽再生的最佳培养基配方为MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+IAA 0.5mg/L,最佳生根培养基配方为MS+IAA 0.1mg/L。
Induction and differentiation of shoots and hypocotyl explants of ’09 -22 ’tomato seedlings were used as explants to study the induction and differentiation of adventitious buds on MS medium supplemented with different concentrations of 6-BA and NAA / IAA.
