兰尾原发性粘液腺癌较少见,现报告于下: 例一:男,35岁。住院号214321,阵发性和持续性腹痛二日,无恶心呕吐、腹泻、亦无畏寒发热等症而入院。体检:右下腹触及包块,麦氏点压痛及反跳痛,局部腹肌紧张。血象:白血球10700/mm~3,中性77％,淋巴22％。临床诊断:急性化脓性兰尾炎伴局限性腹膜炎。术中见兰尾位于盲肠前位,头部被大网膜包裹,形成9厘米直径鸡蛋大小包块,腹膜腔内有200ml脓性渗出物。病
