研究了添加Ni和β-Si C的干式铜基粉末冶金摩擦材料的显微组织、压缩性能和摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:800℃烧结温度下,Ni与Cu已合金化,Ni和β-Si C能有效稳定材料的摩擦因数,在一定程度上提高干式铜基粉末冶金摩擦材料的性能,均匀分布的β-Si C能有效提高材料的耐磨损性能。
The microstructure, compressive properties and friction and wear properties of dry copper-based powder metallurgy friction materials with addition of Ni and β-Si C were investigated. The results show that Ni and Cu alloys have been alloyed at 800 ℃ sintering temperature, Ni and β-Si C can effectively stabilize the friction coefficient of the material, to a certain extent, improve the performance of dry copper-based powder metallurgy friction material, uniform distribution of β -Si C can effectively improve the material’s wear resistance.
