随着社会的发展,国家粮食储备规模增加,粮库原始的生产作业方式严重制约现代粮食储备的需要,立筒仓便随之出现在国家各个层面的储备库。由于原始的生产力严重制约立筒仓的粮食储备工作,自动化的仓储设备便随之不断涌现。设备是要为正常生产服务,这是流传在企业里的一句佳话,而只有充分了解和熟悉设备与生产之间的关联,才能真正为正常生产提供有力保障。所以,只有了解设备、熟悉设备和懂得设备与生产的关系,才能正确使用、维护和检修。本文主要对立筒仓设备主要组成部分控制系统、气垫机和提升机进行剖析,并加以预防维护,提升设备性能。
With the development of society, the scale of national grain reserves has increased, and the original mode of production and operation of grain reservoirs has severely restricted the demand for modern grain reserves. Silo silos will then appear in reserve banks at all levels of the country. As the original productivity severely restricts the grain storage of vertical silos, automated warehousing equipment will emerge. Equipment is to normal production services, which is a story circulating in the enterprise, and only fully understand and familiar with the link between equipment and production, in order to truly provide a strong guarantee for normal production. Therefore, only by understanding the equipment, familiar with the equipment and know the relationship between equipment and production, to the proper use, maintenance and repair. In this paper, the main components of vertical silo equipment control system, air cushion machine and hoist for analysis, and to prevent and maintain, improve equipment performance.
