本文研究结果,哮喘患者气道内肥大细胞和嗜酸细胞的数量明显增多,与气道对组胺的高反应性密切相关(P<0.01)。电镜观察,哮喘患者肥大细胞和嗜酸细胞的超微结构与正常人显著不同,呈现活化状态的异常改变。以上提示,肥大细胞和嗜酸细胞在哮喘发病机制中有重要作用。
The results of this study show that the number of mast cells and eosinophils in the airway of asthmatic patients is significantly increased, which is closely related to the high reactivity of airway to histamine (P <0.01). Electron microscopy showed that the ultrastructures of mast cells and eosinophils in asthmatic patients were significantly different from those in normal subjects and showed abnormal changes in activation state. The above tips, mast cells and eosinophils play an important role in the pathogenesis of asthma.
