柴油机汽缸内的混合气若不能充分燃烧,会造成尾气排放超标,其原因主要是汽缸压缩压力降低和供油系统故障。柴油机汽缸压缩压力降低的原因通常有:汽缸磨损,使其密封性降低;活塞环磨损,使其弹性减弱、开口间隙和侧隙增大,造成气体泄漏;气门密封锥面磨损、积碳、冲蚀,使其因关闭不严而产生漏气。
