目的分析PLCε基因敲除小鼠纯合型(-/-)和野生型小鼠(+/+)血液生理生化指标的差异。方法选取成年PLCε基因敲除纯合型(-/-)小鼠与野生型(+/+)小鼠各20只,雌雄各半,检测8项生理指标和11项血清生化指标。结果野生型(+/+)小鼠的WBC、RBC、HCT和MCH等4项生理指标,纯合型小鼠(-/-)的PLT指标,雌雄之间差异显著(P<0.05);野生型(+/+)的MCV和MCH指标高于纯合型(-/-)小鼠,差异显著(P<0.05);野生型(+/+)小鼠的ALB、GLU和TC等3项生化指标,纯合型(-/-)小鼠ALP和TG等2项生化指标,雌雄之间差异显著(P<0.05);野生型(+/+)小鼠的TBIL指标低于纯合型(-/-)小鼠,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论野生型雌雄之间有7项生理生化指标存在差异比纯合型3项差异指标多,野生型与纯合型之间有2项血液生理指标和1项血清生化指标存在显著差异。
Objective To analyze the difference of blood physiological and biochemical indexes between homozygous (-/-) and wild-type (+/+) mice in PLCε knockout mice. METHODS: Twenty male adult mice (-/-) and two wild-type (+/+) adult PLC ε knockout mice were selected and tested. Eight physiological and 11 serum biochemical markers were tested. Results There were 4 physiological indexes such as WBC, RBC, HCT and MCH in wild type (+/+) mice, and PLT indexes in homozygous mice (-/-), significant differences between male and female (P<0.05); The MCV and MCH of type (+/+) were higher than that of homozygous (-/-) mice (P<0.05); ALB, GLU and TC of wild type (+/+) mice were 3 items. Biochemical indicators, homozygous (-/-) mice ALP and TG two biochemical indicators, significant differences between male and female (P <0.05); wild type (+ / +) mice TBIL index is lower than the homozygous (-/-) mice, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion There are more than 7 differences in physiological and biochemical indexes among wild-type males and females compared with 3 homozygous differences, and there are significant differences in 2 blood physiological and 1 serum biochemical indexes between wild-type and homozygous.
