以两种不同基因型的大豆品种为试材,研究不同阶段施用氮肥对大豆吸氮及固氮的影响。试验结果表明,氮肥的施用时间对大豆氮吸收、根瘤干重及固氮,具有重要影响。仅施25kg/hm2的启动氮,两个大豆品种都获得了最高的根瘤干重和固氮率。在开花期或种于形成初期,再追施50kg/hm2氮,两个大豆品种都获得了最高的氮吸收总量和固氮总量。大豆的根瘤干重与固氮率呈线型正相关。
Two soybean cultivars with different genotypes were used as materials to study the effect of applying nitrogen fertilizer on nitrogen uptake and nitrogen fixation of soybean at different stages. The test results showed that the application time of nitrogen fertilizer had an important influence on the nitrogen absorption, the dry weight of the nodules and the nitrogen fixation. Only 25kg / hm2 of nitrogen was applied, and both soybean varieties got the highest nodule weight and nitrogen fixation rate. At the flowering stage or in the early stages of formation, the maximum nitrogen uptake and the total amount of nitrogen fixation were obtained for both soybean cultivars with 50 kg / hm2 of nitrogen. The root nodule dry weight and nitrogen fixation rate of soybean showed a linear positive correlation.
