波纹腹板H形钢吊车梁局部承压承载力

为研究波纹腹板H形钢吊车梁在局部压力作用下的承载力,设计制作了5个试件。试验证明,试件的局压破坏形态为腹板的屈服,呈现出腹板由压力中心依次向两边先后屈服的特征,破坏过程中塑性特征明显。试验得到的极限承载力高于等厚度的平腹板钢梁。有限元方法能够较好地模拟构件的受力过程、极限荷载和破坏模式。经有限元参数分析发现,波纹越稀疏,承载力越低,腹板厚度,翼缘和腹板强度对承载力有直接影响,腹板高度无显著影响。基于研究,提出了设计表达式,经与试验和有限元结果对比,设计方法准确有效,且具有一定的安全储备。 In order to study the bearing capacity of H-beam crane girder with corrugated web under local pressure, five specimens were designed and manufactured. The test proves that the local pressure failure mode of the specimen is the yield of the web, showing the characteristics that the web yield one by one from the pressure center to the two sides one after another. The plastic characteristics are obvious during the failure process. The ultimate bearing capacity of the test is higher than that of the flat web steel beam of the same thickness. The finite element method can simulate the stress process, the ultimate load and the failure mode of the component well. Finite element analysis shows that the more the ripples, the lower the bearing capacity, the thickness of the web, the strength of the flange and the web have a direct impact on the bearing capacity, and the web height has no significant effect. Based on the research, the design expression is proposed. Compared with the experimental and finite element results, the design method is accurate and effective, and has a certain safety reserve.
