从2010年11月3日新疆投运第一条“疆电外送”工程——新疆与西北电网750千伏联网工程(简称第一通道)起,到今年6月底投运第二条750千伏“疆电外送”工程尚不足三年。而今年年底,新疆首条特高压哈密南—郑州±800千伏直流输电工程也有望实现低端双极投运。届时,新疆丰富的电力资源将通过三条“疆电外送”大通道源源不断地送入内地。电网建设的快速发展,为新疆实现科学跨越、后发赶超,增添了持续动力。“疆电外送”效益初步显现
