目的探讨低钾性周期麻痹患者腱反射的变化。方法将腱反射变化分为 7级 ,每级设置相应分值 ,连续观察 4 6例患者肌无力治疗前后腱反射的变化。结果治疗前后腱反射变化的分值无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论低钾性周期麻痹患者腱反射不但可以减弱、消失 ,更多的是正常 ,甚至活跃或亢进。观察腱反射变化有助于疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断。 Objective To investigate the changes of tendon reflexes in patients with hypokalemic periodic paralysis. Methods The changes of tendon reflexes were divided into seven grades, and the scores of each grade were set. The changes of tendon reflex before and after the treatment of 46 patients with myasthenia gravis were observed continuously. Results There was no significant difference in the changes of tendon reflexes before and after treatment (P> 0.05). Conclusions The tendon reflex in patients with hypokalemic periodic paralysis can not only weaken and disappear, but are more normal and even more active or hypertrophic. Observation of changes in tendon reflexes contribute to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the disease.
