龙首矿采矿方法为下向六角形进路式胶结充填采矿法,“低进尺、多循环”是多年来龙首矿进路回采的主要特征,爆破效率低。本文在对龙首矿岩体的可凿性和爆破性分级的基础上,设计了进路爆破掏槽方式,应用断裂力学理论确定了崩落孔和周边孔的布孔参数,采用大直径空孔直线掏槽全断面一次性崩矿方案。实践证明,在炸药单耗不增大的情况下,使六角形进路爆破的炮孔利用率达90%以上,单炮崩矿量平均达120t,爆破效率平均提高20%以上。
