《食品安全法》自颁布之日起到今天的实施过程中,的确在很大程度上约束和控制了食品行业。但是深入观察《食品安全法》的实际应用,不难发现一些问题,如机构设置不合理、条款制定不严谨、赔偿金额计算不科学等,导致消费者权益难以维护,并且加剧食品安全问题的发生,所以,《食品安全法》在实际应用问题及其处理本文将着重研究。
