随着中国经济的稳步发展,生产性服务业也取得了快速发展,成为了与制造业共同带动区域经济发展的重要组成部分。本文通过对2004--2012年中国31个省(市、自治区)生产性服务业的城镇单位就业人员数的面板数据计算区位熵、进行偏离—份额分析,对我国东部、东北、中部、西部地区的生产性服务业的6类行业的人力资源竞争力进行了比较、分析与评价,进而提出了提升各地区生产性服务业人力资源竞争力的政策建议。
With the steady development of China’s economy, the producer services industry has also made rapid development and has become an important part of bringing together the manufacturing industry to promote regional economic development. In this paper, we calculate the location entropy by using the panel data of urban employment units in producer services in 31 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) in China from 2004 to 2012, and carry out deviation-share analysis to analyze the regional entropies in the eastern, northeastern, central and western regions of China The productivity of six kinds of industries in the service industry were compared, analyzed and evaluated, and then the policy suggestion of enhancing the human resource competitiveness of producer services in all regions was put forward.
