头和颈部鳞癌患者通常有细胞免疫力的下降而此与最终预后有关。推测是由于免疫细胞介素降低引起。本文选择27例头颈癌患者进行免疫研究,研究表明,白细胞介素-2似免疫恢复剂,给于患者IL-2100u/ml后,淋巴细胞增殖,自然杀伤细胞活性和IL-2的产生明显增高。患者血清也表现出有免疫抑制作用,患者血清激活后能抑制淋巴细胞增殖和自然杀伤细胞的活性,注入大约3×10~(?)u/m~2剂量的IL-2,在试管中孵育淋巴细胞后能抵消免疫抑制作用,使已下降的淋巴细胞功能恢复至正常水平。患者通常由于各种免疫缺陷包括淋巴细胞,单核细胞,粒细胞功能和免疫复合物等各种原因引起细胞免疫降低。已报告很可能大部份关系到免疫控制是特殊的抗肿瘤反应,主要
Patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinomas usually have a decrease in cellular immunity which is related to the final prognosis. Presumably due to a decrease in the immune interleukin. This article selected 27 cases of head and neck cancer patients for immunization studies, research shows that interleukin-2 like immune recovery agent, given to patients with IL-2100u/ml, lymphocyte proliferation, natural killer cell activity and IL-2 production was significantly increased . The patient’s serum also showed immunosuppressive effects. After activation, the patient’s serum inhibited the proliferation of lymphocytes and the activity of natural killer cells. Approximately 3×10 − u/m 2 doses of IL-2 were injected and incubated in vitro. Lymphocytes can counteract immunosuppressive effects and restore reduced lymphocyte function to normal levels. Patients often have reduced cellular immunity due to a variety of causes, including lymphocytes, monocytes, granulocyte function, and immune complexes. It has been reported that it is likely that most of them are related to immune control as a special anti-tumor response.
