Tai Chi has a profound cultural background and strong sports attributes, is one of the most representative martial arts boxing in China. Based on the history of tai chi education, the article expounds the development trend of tai chi education and puts forward the basic tactics of tai chi education and communication so as to provide enlightenment and guidance for tai chi education.
