探讨插田泡果实中是否存在花色苷,用酸化乙醇法提取花色苷,用pH示差法测定花色苷含量。通过单因素试验,料液比、乙醇体积分数、提取温度和提取时间对插田泡果实花色苷提取量的影响,通过正交试验确定花色苷提取的最佳条件。结果表明,插田泡果实中含有丰富的花色苷,提取花色苷的最佳提取条件为:80%乙醇溶液(pH 3)在60℃下,按照料液比为1∶30(g/mL)提取插田泡果浆0.5 h。通过验证试验,插田泡果实中花色苷提取量达158.06mg/100 g。
To investigate whether anthocyanins existed in the fruit of Phytophthora fruticosa, anthocyanins were extracted by acidified ethanol method and anthocyanin content was determined by pH differential method. The optimum conditions of anthocyanin extraction were determined by orthogonal experiment through the single factor experiment, the ratio of solid to liquid, the volume fraction of ethanol, the extraction temperature and the extraction time. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the extraction of anthocyanins were as follows: 80% ethanol solution (pH 3) at 60 ℃, 1:30 (g / mL) Extract mandarin fruit pulp 0.5 h. Through the validation test, the extract of anthurium in the field frog reached 158.06mg / 100g.
