目的探讨血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、血清铁蛋白(SF)、丙型肝炎病毒核糖核酸(HCV-RNA)定量对聚乙二醇干扰素抗病毒疗效的影响。方法选取四川省自贡市第一人民医院2014年1—6月收治的慢性丙型病毒性肝炎患者51例,以ALT值达100 IU/L、GGT值达50 IU/L、SF值达400 ng/ml、HCV-RNA定量达106copies/ml为界将患者分为低ALT、GGT、SF、HCV-RNA组与高ALT、GGT、SF、HCV-RNA组,均给予聚乙二醇干扰素a-2a联合利巴韦林治疗48周,随访24周。在0周时检测血清ALT、GGT、SF、HCV-RNA,在4、12、48及72周检测HCV-RNA以判断疗效。结果聚乙二醇干扰素抗病毒治疗前低GGT、SF、HCV-RNA组较高GGT、SF、HCV-RNA组能获得更好的持续病毒应签(SVR)(P<0.05),而ALT水平与疗效无相关性(P>0.05)。结论慢性丙型病毒性肝炎患者治疗前GGT、SF、HCV-RNA水平与聚乙二醇干扰素的疗效密切相关,提示GGT、SF、HCV-RNA的水平可较准确地预测慢性丙型病毒性肝炎患者聚乙二醇干扰素抗病毒治疗的疗效。
Objective To investigate the effects of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT), serum ferritin (SF) and hepatitis C virus RNA (HCV-RNA) The effect of the virus. Methods Fifty-one patients with chronic hepatitis C who were admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Zigong City from January 2014 to June 2014 were enrolled in this study. All patients were given peginterferon alfa -2a combined with ribavirin for 48 weeks, followed up for 24 weeks. Serum ALT, GGT, SF and HCV-RNA were detected at 0 weeks and HCV RNA was detected at 4, 12, 48 and 72 weeks to determine the efficacy. Results Compared with the GGT, SF and HCV-RNA groups, the GVT, SF and HCV-RNA groups showed better SVT (P <0.05) before treatment with peginterferigenin (P <0.05) There was no correlation between the level and curative effect (P> 0.05). Conclusion The levels of GGT, SF and HCV-RNA in patients with chronic hepatitis C before treatment are closely related to the efficacy of pegylated interferon, which suggests that the levels of GGT, SF and HCV-RNA can predict the level of chronic viral hepatitis C Efficacy of pegylated interferon antiviral therapy in hepatitis patients.
