在当前科技期刊竞争激烈的情况下,在编辑出版活动中注重对作者的人文关怀是赢得作者信任,建立稳定的作者群,提高期刊质量的一个重要因素。分析了在当前科技期刊中编辑对作者人文关怀缺失的现状,然后从作者投稿、稿件的初审和外审、稿件的退修/退稿以及稿件的编辑加工和出版发行等环节论述了编辑对作者人文关怀的体现。编辑处处体现出对作者的人文关怀可构建和谐的编辑一作者关系,进而为稳定高质量、高水平的作者队伍,促进期刊发展奠定好的基础。
Under the current competitive sci-tech periodicals, paying attention to the humane care of the author in editing and publishing activities is an important factor to win the author’s trust, establish a stable author group and improve the quality of journals.
