目的:观察消栓降脂丸对高脂血症模型大鼠血脂和血液流变学的影响。方法:SD大鼠随机分为6组,喂饲高脂饲料建立高脂血症模型,各组按规定预防给药,14d后测总胆固醇(TC)、总甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白(apo)A1、apoB100、全血黏度等血脂和血液流变学各项指标水平。结果:消栓降脂丸能明显降低高脂血症大鼠TC、TG、LDL-C、apoB100水平(P<0.05),升高HDL-C、apoA1含量和apoA1/apoB100比值(P<0.05);能有效改善血液流变学多项指标(P<0.05)。结论:消栓降脂丸能有效调节高脂血症大鼠脂代谢紊乱及改善血液流变学,值得进一步研究开发和临床应用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Xiaoshuan Jiangzhi Pills on blood lipids and hemorheology in hyperlipidemia model rats. Methods: Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 6 groups and fed with high-fat diet to establish a hyperlipidemia model. Each group was prescribed to prevent administration. After 14 days, total cholesterol (TC), total triglyceride (TG), and low density were measured. The levels of lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), apolipoprotein (apo) A1, apoB100, blood viscosity, and blood rheology. Results: Xiaoshuan Jiangzhi Pills can significantly reduce the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and apoB100 in hyperlipidemia rats (P<0.05), and increase the levels of HDL-C, apoA1 and apoA1/apoB100 (P<0.05). ; Can effectively improve a number of indicators of hemorheology (P <0.05). Conclusion: Xiaoshuan Jiangzhi Pill can effectively regulate lipid metabolism disorders and improve hemorheology in rats with hyperlipidemia. It is worth further research and development and clinical application.
