目的:研究用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定盘锦市大洼县地区土壤中铅;方法:利用硝酸湿法消解样品,然后用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定样品中铅,方法检出限为0.1mg/kg;结果:对20份土壤样品分别测定,测定值在国家限值以下,对土壤标准物质测定结果在给定值范围内,准确度良好,平行样测定相对偏差为0.2%-8.4%,在允许值范围内;结论:对盘锦市大洼县地区抽取20份土壤样品,铅的测定结果符合国家限值要求。
OBJECTIVE: To study the determination of lead in soils in Dawa County of Panjin City by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. METHODS: The samples were wet-digested with nitric acid and the lead content was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The detection limits were 0.1 mg / kg; Results: 20 soil samples were measured, the measured value below the national limit, the soil standard substance determination results within the given value range, the accuracy is good, parallel samples measured relative deviation of 0.2% -8.4% , Within the allowable range; Conclusion: 20 soil samples were taken from Dawa County, Panjin City. The results of determination of lead meet the national limits.
