铁路无砟轨道轨道板制造工艺复杂,极易出现各种质量问题,特别是表面气泡极易出现,影响质量和外观。通过对某铁路客运专线无砟轨道轨道板施工过程中表面气泡出现的主要位置,具体论述了无砟轨道板表面气泡产生的原因,通过对原材料试验、施工配合比的现场验证及布料振捣等相关施工工艺的改进,有效的解决了无砟轨道板表面的气泡问题,为类似工程提供施工参考依据。
