我馆成立于1983年5月,届时正值党的十一届三中全会之后,全国全军的档案工作正处于恢复、整顿和改革阶段。我们抓住有利时机,边组建、边工作,脚踏实地,努力奋进,各项工作迅速走向正规,并缩短了档案工作和机关实际需要的距离,取得了较好的成绩。一、基础和规范化工作我馆建立在国防科工委成立之后不久,当时人员较少,业务素质也差,但机构合并时遗留的任务却相当繁重。为了适应档案工作现代化建设和科学管理的需要,我们集中主要兵力狠抓了基础和规范化工作,主要是:整理了三个全宗27个年度的档案2130卷,按规范化标准化要求调整档案4937卷,按文电合一的规定,对1956—1979年的12855份电报进行了鉴定、整理和归档;对1965—1978年拟销毁的1340卷文件进行了重新鉴定,回收了部分重要文件。二、现代化建设和科学管理随着岁月的变迁,馆藏日益丰富,开发档案信息资源的任务愈加繁重,因此,实现档案工作现代化建设和科学管理的必要性也就愈加迫切。我馆购置大型缩微设备20台,从拍摄到冲洗和检索利用等环节所用设备已基本配套;声象设备9台(套),也具备了全面开展工作的能力;微型计算机6台等。为实现档案的科学管理奠定了良好地物质基础。在购置上述设备过程中,为了引起各级领导重视,取得有关部门的支持, Our museum was established in May 1983, when the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party immediately after the archives of the entire nation are in the recovery, rectification and reform stage. The main tasks were as follows: Consolidated 2,130 volumes of 27 files of the three Fonds, adjusted 4937 volumes according to the standardization standardization requirements, According to the provisions of the combined texts and telegrams, 12,855 telegrams were identified, sorted out and archived in 1956-1979. Some 1340 volumes of documents that were to be destroyed from 1965 to 1978 were re-appraised and some important documents were recovered. II. Modernization and Scientific Management With the change of years, the collection of libraries has become more and more rich. The task of developing archival information resources is becoming more and more complicated. Therefore, the necessity of achieving the modernization of archives management and scientific management is even more pressing. Our company has purchased 20 sets of large-scale microfilm equipment, and the equipment from the shooting to the washing and retrieval has been basically matched. The 9 sets of sound-image equipment also have the ability to carry out the work in an all-round way; and 6 sets of micro-computers.
