Objective To investigate the impact of pregnancy-induced hypertension on the prognosis of maternal and child. Methods A total of 128 pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension who were admitted to Family Planning Service Station of Luoshan County from June 2012 to June 2013 were selected as the observation group. 120 pregnant women with normal delivery during the same period were taken as the control group. Outcome situation. Results The incidence of neonatal asphyxia and perinatal diseases were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of placental abruption, the incidence of preterm birth in the observation group and the control group were statistically significant (P> 0.05). There was significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the incidence of medical comorbidities (P <0.05), which was statistically significant. Conclusion Hypertension during pregnancy has a certain impact on the outcome of maternal and childbirth. Clinics should terminate the pregnancy timely so as to improve the maternal and infant outcomes.
