根据广电总局纪检组、监察局的工作部署,由总局监察局和浙江广电集团组成的调研组,于2004年4月、5月、6月分别到浙江、江苏、湖南、山东等省(区)就加强广电行业广告经营管理进行了专题调研。本文为这次调研的调研报告,共分四个部分:各地加强广告经营管理的基本经验和主要做法;当前广告经营管理中存在的突出问题;加强广告经营管理的若干原则;当前加强广告管理的若干对策。
According to the Discipline Inspection Bureau of SARFT and the work arrangement of the Supervision Bureau, the research team composed of the General Supervision Bureau and Zhejiang Radio and Television Group visited Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Hunan and Shandong provinces (districts) in April, May and June 2004, respectively. On the strengthening of radio and television industry advertising management conducted a special survey.
